Payment Methods
We are happy to accept telephone orders - please call 01483 418018
Postal orders and cheques are also acceptable - but please call or email to confirm that item is in stock
Postage and Packing
All prices include 1st class postage. If an item is very bulky or
heavy we will post using Parcel Post which can take a little longer to
arrive. We aim to have all orders shipped by the next working day.
For shipping prices within the EU please contact us.
Returns
For all returns please contact us
If you are unhappy with your
purchase you may return it to us within 28 days from the date of
purchase. We will issue a refund as long as we receive the item in an
unworn and unused condition with all original packaging and
instructions.
Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return.

We are unable to refund postage
unless an item is faulty. If an item is faulty or damaged please
return to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue an exchange or
full refund.
Please obtain a "proof of postage"
certificate from the Post Office when posting your returns. Natural
Connection cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. But if you
have a certificate of posting you can claim from the Post Office.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your
order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the
expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have
been received, according to the Regulations set down by the EU Distance
Selling Directive 97/7. If this is the case please contact us regarding
your intentions. Goods must be in mint unused condition otherwise they
are considered to be accepted by you.

Privacy Policy
It is our policy never to sell or
pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes
your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the
order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and
in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Safety
Please always be responsible and
careful when using your baby sling. If you are using a sling for the
first time it is advisable to have a second person on hand to assist
you until you become more at ease with your sling.
ALWAYS READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
Always check for wear and tear before wearing a sling.
Be cautious of fire and heat
sources. Be aware of your baby and allow extra space when moving
around. Bend your knees instead of bending over.
It is a good idea to lean over a
soft surface e.g. a bed to put your baby in the sling. A big mirror is
also great for checking positioning.
WARNING: Positional asphyxia
(suffocation) can occur in young babies. This can happen when a baby's
chin is pressed against his or her chest, restricting airflow. Check to
ensure that baby's airway is unobstructed and baby is breathing
regularly at all times, especially when sleeping.
Natural Connection cannot be held liable for injuries caused by misuse of products purchased from us.
